Description - The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the renovation of the attics insulation in Strasbourg Residence and guest house.   The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to t he lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
