Description - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal o r quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.    The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all tasks for portable toilets, grease traps unit, septic tanks and lift stations located Osan Air Base, Korea as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
