Description - CUH will be carrying out a procurement exercise for the delivery of public (staff and visitor) catering and retail services at the Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. This initial Request for Information is being undertaken in order to obtain early mar ket interest from, and an initial understanding of the providers ability to deliver the proposed contract, ahead of a formal procurement exercise.For this RFI, CUH are wanting to hear as many fresh and innovative ideas from potential partners based around the key fundamental principles for the retail, catering and vending that have been developed by the CUH.
