Description - The purpose of this consultation is the rehabilitation/restructuring work of the André VECKER Nautical Base in TOUL, bringing together demolitions, reuse of existing buildings and new constructions. The work will be carried out in 3 phases (defined in the RC, the CCCTL and CCTP). The services of this consultation are divided into 17 lots detailed in the RC. This consultation presents a possible additional benefit (PSE) with a mandatory response. (Lot 14: Electricity - Mandatory PES: Photovoltaic panels). Variants initiated by the candidate are authorized (article R2151-8-2° and R2151-10 of the Public Order Code) exclusively on lots no. 05 to 13. No variations will be authorized on lots no.
