Description - Description of Work:This tender is for the establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Trades Services for two years. And gives opportunity for suppliers not presently registered to offer their services.The pre-qualification process pr ovides Council with a list of hire rates for Trades Services Contractors that may be available for work during the period. Contractors may work anywhere within the Barcoo Shire Council on works organised by Council. Contractors may be required to operate independently of, or with Council staff for periods of time throughout the year.The Special Conditions set out in Appendix A (refer attached Part 2 Specification) applies to the relevant types of
