Description - With this request for participation, a dynamic procurement system will be established to recruit DPS social and health services specialists from the EU and EEA to Finland. The funds come from the Ministry of Labor and the Economy and are managed by P ohjois-Savo's ELY center as part of the development of the international recruitment model nationwide. An allocation of around 2.5 million euros has been reserved for the use of this service from the public side for the years 2022 - 2024.
