Description - Description ENAGAS intend to conduct a reconnaissance survey to perform the analysis of route alternatives and select the corridor of the BarMar subsea pipeline project.The purpose of the reconnaissance survey is to allow the evaluation of feasibilit y for potential routes for the offshore pipeline to connect Barcelona to Marseille across the Mediterranean Sea. Potential routes to be assessed include at least the Deep Water route option which descends from Barcelona to the abyssal plain to a maximum depth of 2,600m, before rising on to the continental shelf and making landfall in Fos sur Mer, France, and the Shallow Water Coastal route option which follows the shallower waters of the continen
