Description - Description: The acquisition focuses on receiving and disposal services for contaminated soil and demolition waste to the City of Rovaniemi, the Rovaniemi Educational Association, Neve Oy and Rovasuudun Market Real Estate Oy.The contaminated soil for those subject to the acquisition meet the following assumptions:.• Soil TOC is at most 6 % in a hazardous waste and up to 10 % in the waste classified as harmless (except paragraphs F1 and F2)• Soil contains up to 2% waste waste (construction waste, wood, iron). If soil contains two or more organic contaminants(Oil charcoal, gasoline carbon, BTEX compounds, PAHs), soil reception is billed for the detected contaminants at a higher unit price.
