Description - Description: In 2018, the state agreement parties established the State Competence Fund for the distribution of funds for competence development of employees in the state. The operation of the State Competence Fund is handled by the Competence Secret ariat, which receives and processes applications for the fund, is responsible for payments of fund funds, as well as supervisor the Fund's users.
