Description - Description Works contract for the construction of an architectural and landscape complex, which provides for the reuse of the concrete structure of existing buildings on the site. The project provides 20 housing units for the elderly and a collectiv e center adapted for 24 people, a day center and a social restaurant; as well as the landscaping of the plot.The site includes two buildings from the 1980s with 40 housing units for the elderly, a concierge and a multipurpose room. These buildings have become dilapidated and no longer meet current standards. The 20 housing units for the elderly are integrated into the existing housing block and the collective center for 24 occupants is integrated
