Description - Description: The Province is seeking a Prime Contractor to repair and rehabilitate Rail Trail Major Culvert, CW-064, in Greenwood, BC. CW-064 is a 111-year-old stone arch culvert that passes the flow of Boundary Creek just upstream of the town of Gre enwood BC and immediately adjacent to Highway 3.
