Description - Description: GCRE is embarking on an ambitious project to design and build a new rail test track facility in South Wales. Procurement potentially may include works associated with passive rail systems (including but not limited to permanent way, over head line electrification, civils works etc), active rail systems (including but not limited to signalling, SCADA, power, telecoms etc), fencing, depot and buildings related requirements and bulk purchase of materials.
