Description - Description: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), North Carolina Water Science Center, intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ), state water quality accreditation for a period o f one year from the date the Contractor receives the purchase order. There are three one-year option periods.
