Description - Description: The Norwegian Directorate of Culture would like tenders from tenderers who can deliver and implement a new publication system (CMS) as a cloud service and establish new websites for kulturdirektoratet.no on this system. After the deliver y day, the Directorate of Culture shall be responsible for the daily editorial operation of the website. From this point in time the tenderer has no continual liability for the websites. The ongoing service delivery in this Agreement applies to CMS.
