Description - Description Tolkesentralen at Oslo University Hospital (OUS) shall procure a system for registering and assigning interpretation orders. The system must i.e. include an overview of interpreters and which languages they serve, as well as all departmen ts and persons who order interpretation. The system must be a CRM system and it must be able to produce reports that function as a management tool and describes the daily activity.
