Description - Description: The successful Contractor shall be prepared to respond and mobilize for regular and emergency callouts, working diligently on the repair until completion. Regular repair services are to be completed within one month of notification and e mergency repair services need to be responded to within 30 minutes of notification and the contractor is to be on-site within 3 hours of notification to start the repair works. To facilitate this requirement, the successful Contractor will be required to maintain 24/7, 365 days/year contact numbers.
