Description - Description: The subject of the order includes the supply of hydrogen fuel according to the following principles:a) refueling at the station indicated by the Contractor, located in Rybnik,b) if it is impossible to make deliveries in the manner specif ied in point a) The Contractor guarantees an alternative supply of hydrogen fuel, enabling daily refueling of up to 20 buses using a mobile hydrogen fuel refueling station located in the city of Rybnik,(c) supplies of hydrogen fuel referred to in point (a). a) and b) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor, who undertakes to ensure continuity of supplies,d) The Ordering Party will refuel hydrogen fuel according to its needs,
