Description - Description: The municipality of Tilburg goes through for themselves and a number of participants a European public tendering procedure for purchasing and delivery of 100% sustainable electricity, ie generated by windmills on Dutch territory and/or D utch territorial waters that the contractor is the owner or operator during the contract period.
