Description - Two samplers must be supplied for taking a long-term sample of the flue gas for the determination of CO2 of fossil and biogenic origin. The sampler must extract a quantity of flue gas proportional to the volume flow of flue gas in the duct. The test length must be adjustable, but monthly tests are desired as a starting point. Exchange of sample material in samplers is taken care of by BIR's own employees, while the analysis services are preferably part of the delivery. Analysis to determine the fossil and biological part of CO2 in the flue gas is typically carried out by C14 analysis.
