Description - Description: Acquisition of train and plane tickets and so-called travel agency services relating to hotel reservations and vehicle rentals. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with a maximum agreed in application of article R.2 162-2 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
