Description - Description: The Swedish Road Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) is the responsible and executing authority for vehicle registration in Norway. The registration itself, including the registration of day test identification marks , takes place in the Vehicle Register, which is one of the registers in the Employer's computer system Autosys. The system provides a good opportunity to be able to control the daily test marks. Issuance of day test identification marks involves a temporary use permit for a specific purpose for vehicles that are subject to registration but not registered.
