Description - Description: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of marked motor vehicles for the needs of the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement divided into 4 tasks. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement for each task separately with a maximum of six (6) Contractors whose offers meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law and will receive the highest number of points based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in section XX of the SWZ.
