Description - Within the ANTHEM project, the University of Salento deems it necessary to equip itself with a multi-electron beam scanning microscopy system to be integrated within the multiscale and multimodal correlative microscopy platform foreseen in the SPOKE4 activities: "Preclinical and clinical breakthrough therapies and treatments for cancer”, for the analysis of biological systems in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo. This platform will allow to acquire images with an extremely wide range of resolution, ranging from the single molecule scale to the clinical imaging of animal models.
