Description - The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of electricity for the buildings of the University of Tartu in accordance with the actual consumption (total supply) in the procurement documents and under the conditions specified in the addition al framework agreement for the period from 01.03.2024 to 28.02.2025 (the start date of the framework agreement is assumed) at the stock market price, plus the seller's service fee (margin). The electricity sold must be 100% produced every month from renewable energy sources within the meaning of § 57 of the Electricity Market Act1.
