Description - Description: The municipality of Tervola (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) requests offers for design and expert services through a framework arrangement for the contract period from 1.8.2025 to 31.12.2027. The acquisition focuses on the de sign and expert services that are generally related to the activities of the subscriber, generally made and contracted separately on a project-by-project basis.
