Description - A permanent order group is formed with a view to placing contracts intended to satisfy the recurring needs of the Department of Manche and the Gip Mdph in terms of purchasing culture vouchers. The Department of Manche, coordinator of the group, is re sponsible for carry out the contract award procedure in the name and on behalf of the members. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, will ensure its proper execution. The framework agreement is executed as the purchase orders are issued. It is concluded for a period of four years running from March 1, 2024 to February 29, 2028, It is concluded with only a maximum set at 600,000 euros
