Description - Description it is desired to sign a contract for the supply (purchase) of CONCRETE products WITH TRANSPORT INCLUDED (2 lots) - according to the Terms of Reference, with a single economic operator for each lot, the contract having a duration of 12 mon ths from its signing. The delivery of the products will be ensured by the supplier with the car fleet at his disposal for this purpose and at his expense, the transport tariff being included in the price of the products. The payment will be made with the PO, after the confirmation of the delivery through the reception of the products by the Purchaser, within 45 days from the date of issuing the invoice. The buyer will not make any advance payment
