Description - Purchase of an EBSD (Electron Back-Scattered Diffraction) System for installation on a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM-FEG). The laboratory wishes to have characterization equipment using the EBSD technique capable of both analysis at fine scales o f the order of a few tens of nanometers and fast enough to explore large surfaces. It will be installed on a JEOL MEB-FEG type JSM-IT800LV.
