Description - Description: Combination Synopsis and Solicitation Request for Quote Repair of the C-5 Manual Trim Valve This requirement is synopsized and solicited as a Competitive, Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.5, to include currently qualified sources. Th e C-5 Manual Trim Valve is part of the hydraulic manifold assembly that controls the C-5 Pitch Trim Actuator's Nut Drive Motor. The Pitch Trim Actuator positions the entire horizontal stabilizer assembly for the pitch trim of the C-5 aircraft. The Government owns all designs and data needed for manufacturing.
