Description - Description: In accordance with the first paragraph of I of Article L. 1425-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities, the consultation initiated by SIPPEREC aims to entrust, by means of public service delegation, the resumption of operation of the Infrastructures of Reception and Optical Infrastructures making up the Network with the associated active layer, and the provision of Transport Services associated with the Network to Operators and Users of independent networks, within the delegated scope.
