Description - Description: Object of the contract: The operation of the automobile impound consists of the removal and custody of the following vehicles, upon requisition by the Municipal Police or the National Gendarmerie: • Vehicle of all tonnages, in violatio n of the Highway Code and any Police order relating to traffic or parking. • Vehicles damaged, stolen or classified as wrecks constituting a nuisance or danger in public or private places. • Vehicles subject to legal action.
