Description - The purpose of this contract is to appoint a project author for the study and monitoring of the energy renovation work at the Center de la Rubanerie and the Salle des Marmousets, located Rue des Arts, 3 - 7780 Comines. Scope of the planned work: As p art of the “Exceptional UREBA 2022 – Wave 1” call for projects for which the application of the City of Comines-Warneton was accepted, the following is planned: - Renovation and complete insulation of sloping roofs and platforms; - Wall insulation, mainly from the outside; - Replacement of exterior joinery; - Installation of a ventilation system with heat recovery.
