Description - The “NEMAUSA” Community Nautical Stadium, whose total built surface area is approximately 9000 m2, is classified type X and N 1st category. The Delegate undertakes to ensure the proper functioning, continuity, quality and good organization of the service to users, as well as its promotion, marketing, management and animation. It is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the installations, the carrying out of renovation/renewal work (floors, false ceilings, painting, plumbing, carpentry, GTC-GTB, etc.) as well as the creation and operation of photovoltaic shade structures on the parking. The duration of the delegation is set at 8 years from 01/01/2025.
