Description - The community wishes to delegate the management of the future Pacé aquatic center. The operation of the service will be ensured by the concessionaire at its own risk, in accordance with the rules of the art, in compliance with regulations, with the aim of ensuring the conservation of the heritage as well as the continuity of the service, the rights and the safety of users and third parties. His remuneration will come from operating revenues from the activities for which he will be responsible. In order to compensate for the operating constraints imposed on the concessionaire (price constraints, in particular), the contract may also provide, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 22
