Description - The concession covered by this notice will lead to the conclusion of a service concession contract. The purpose of the concession is to entrust, on an exclusive and principal basis and at the concessionaire's own risk, the management and operation of spaces as part of the development of the sites in Goustranville and Saint-Contest.
