Description - Description The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a concessionaire, within the framework of a concession contract (public service delegation), the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and major upkeep renewal of a publi c heating network. The concessionaire must provide the heat necessary for heating premises and producing domestic hot water for subscribers.The energy must be produced mainly from wood energy resources.
