Description - This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to conduct a detailed and comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment, including as sessing the Asset Retirment Obligations for facilities as required by the Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB). THIS PROCUREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE NEW WEST PARTNERSHIP TRADE AGREEMENT (NWPTA) and THE CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (CFTA).
