Description - Description: This consultation concerns the safety pruning of the departmental road network. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without minimum amount and with maximum amount is concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
