Description - Description: The project consists of the construction of new buildings for the Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur (HEPN), formerly the Institut Saint-Aubain, rue Henri Blès in Salzinnes. The Haute Ecole offers on this site a department of economics and management sciences and a department of public health and motor skills sciences. The project is part of the European Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).The project consists more precisely of the demolition of several wings of the HEPN building, the maintenance of wings C and D and the construction of three new wings.
