Description - Description The London Borough of Hackney, is seeking to work in partnership with a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver the Youth Hub Service from both Stoke Newington Youth Hub and Concorde Youth Hub. The provider will deliver a c omprehensive programme of high quality services and opportunities for children and young people aged 10-19 years old (or up to 25 years old if a young person has a special educational need and/or a disability).
