Description - Council is seeking to establish a panel of suppliers that will provide Council:• access to a consistent, appropriate and timely supply of suitably qualified and high quality temporary staff• the ability to minimise the cost of engaging temporary staff and ensure that temporary staff are provided on value for money terms; and• access to quality reporting and tracking of financial and transactional data.The allocation of works will be on an as required basis with no guarantee of the quantity of work or minimum spend under the Panel arrangement. All work will be allocated at Council’s discretion only.
