Description - Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) is a Community and Mental Health Trust serving the population of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR).LPT has a requirement for the use of taxis on a private hire basis to transport people (including staff and patients) and small consignments of goods between various locations within LLR.It is imperative that LPT has arrangements in place for taxi services that are safe and cost effective.
