Description - Description: In accordance with regulations, the Department of Savoie is reopening competition for the provision of the following services: - The architecture of site interconnection - The main telephone links of the SIP Trunk type. - Internet connec tions. The main objectives of this framework agreement are as follows: - Ensure continuity of service - Minimize loss of services for users during the migration which includes the preparatory period necessary for its implementation with: - Respect of the schedule established jointly with the Department's services - Monitoring and reporting - Control of impacts. - Have procedures and human/technical means for troubleshooting to limit outage times
