Description - Description: The requirement is for installing and maintaining residential Central Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS) at U.S. Embassy Mbabane, Eswatini. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value fo r the Government. When considering contract award, all evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price.
