Description - Description: North Yorkshire Council is looking to establish a framework agreement with a provider for medical cover during events at Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Scarborough Spa, Whitby Pavilion and other events.The framework will be for a duration of 4 years starting on 1st April 2026. North Yorkshire Council hosts a variety of events throughout the year at a number of venues.
