This program aims to connect Filipinos nationwide by providing free Wi-Fi in pu blic spaces like government hospitals, schools, offices, parks, and transport terminals.To achieve this, the DICT is undertaking a bidding process to procure internet subscriptions (PICS) from internet service providers (ISPs) for Free Wi-Fi for All program hotspots.
