Description - Extra-renal purification with regional anticoagulation, maintenance and training included, and supply of associated consumables for the GHT Nord Franche-Comté. The contract concluded will be a single-awarder framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum quantity (see quantities estimated in article 1.3 of the RC), according to articles R2162-2-2°; R2162-4-1° and R2162-13, -14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract will be executed from its notification date for a period of 12 months and may be renewed three times per 12-month period. However, it cannot exceed 48 months.
