Description - Description As a result of the procurement, KLAT providers are being sought. The subject of the procurement is the provision of services in accordance with the regulation provided for in Chapter 3 of the Social Welfare Act (SHS), Section 7¹ "Closed childrens institution service". The service of a closed childrens institution (SHS § 130¹ paragraph 1) is a 24-hour service for a child whose behavior endangers his own life, health or development or the life or health of other persons, and this danger cannot be eliminated by any less restrictive measure, due to which the childs freedom is limited on the basis of a court order.
