Description - Description: With an upcoming procurement procedure below the threshold under Article 35 of the ECB's Procurement Decision, the ECB intends to pre-select at least five suppliers that will be invited to submit a proposal for the provision of chemical analysis of euro banknotes and reporting on results. The ECB envisages to award a minimum of two framework agreements with laboratories.
