Description - Description: provision of a Primary Care / GP service to be based at Birmingham Heartlands (BHH) and Good Hope Hospitals (GHH).A significant proportion of self-attending patients present to the Emergency Departments (ED) at UHB with conditions that a re able to managed within primary care.
